IntelliSource International was founded by Paul Maguire.
Paul has over 20 years of experience as an executive in
the software industry and has helped advance numerous companies
through their Initial Public Offerings and Mergers &
Acquisitions resulting in over $1B in shareholder value.
As both a CEO and EVP he has extensive experience collaborating
with venture capitalists in building high performance management
and sales teams that have lead their companies to market
dominant positions. Paul has managed both national and international
sales and channels operations and has spent eight of his
twenty-year career as an EVP of Sales for public companies.
IntelliSource International (ISI) specializes in helping
companies define and dominate their markets by dramatically
improving sales results. Our workshops help companies determine
"what to say" and then train their executives
and sales people "how to say it" with the most
comprehensive sales training program available in the area
of message delivery. By tightly coupling the message creation
process with the message delivery process ISI is able to
weld marketing and sales efforts into a single high powered
campaign designed to advance your product or service quickly
and efficiently in its market.
Paul Maguire - Founder, CEO - IntelliSource International
Mr. Maguire brings over 20 years of executive management and operations experience to his role as Founder and CEO of IntelliSource International. Having served as Chairman, CEO and EVP of Sales for several venture backed technology companies he has amassed a long history of leading complex and successful organizations through turn-around, funding, growth and exit strategies. As a member of the executive leadership team, Mr. Maguire has been through the IPO process twice and participated in over 15 mergers and acquisitions. It was during these IPO's and acquisitions that Mr. Maguire gained his insight and ambition to create a company dedicated to helping business leaders transform their vision into revenue. Before founding IntelliSource International Mr. Maguire was the Chairman and CEO of Infotriever, a Toronto based software company backed by Brightspark Ventures and also served as a Business Development Strategist for eight other companies in the Brightspark investment portfolio. Prior to Infotriever/Brightspark, Paul was the Executive Vice President of Sales for Kana Communications, a public company. At Kana, Paul was responsible for more than 200 sales professionals, technical support engineers and regional managers with a combined revenue responsibility of over $100M. Paul's previous roles included executive sales, marketing and business development positions with Broadbase (public), Servicesoft (private), Seque Software (public) and DataViews (private/co-founder). Paul holds an Honours degree in Science and Business Administration from Fitchburg State College and is affiliated with several industry associations including the New England Quality Software Association, the Massachusetts Software Council, SBANE, and Toast Masters International.
A resident of Ashburnham Massachusetts, Mr. Maguire resides with his wife and three children and on the weekends helps his wife operate the Maguire House Bed & Breakfast.
Richard Kelley - Managing Director - IntelliSource International
Mr. Kelley brings 25 years of revenue
leadership experience in both Fortune 500 and small-to-medium
sized company environments. He has served in a wide
variety of executive roles that include global sales
and marketing management, indirect channels management,
product line management, product development, international
services management, and corporate financial management.
He has also served in direct sales roles as an individual
contributor, and as a management consultant to other
executives. Alumni firms include Digital Equipment
Corp., PricewaterhouseCoopers, EDS Corp., Nortel Networks,
Commerce-TV Corp., Frequency & Time Systems Inc, and
NBB Inc. Most recently Mr. Kelley has served as President
of SellMasters Inc, and he is currently the Chief
Strategy Officer at IntelliSource International.
Mr. Kelley has led a variety of successful market
and business development initiatives that have resulted
in program wins $100M and up, strategic partnerships
between $10B companies, strategic realignment of corporate
direction in both public and private firms, business
turnarounds from net loss to net profit within 6 months,
and the management of appropriated fund military operations.
A resident of Massachusetts, Mr. Kelley has served
on his town Finance Committee, town Community Chest,
and local ToastMasters chapter after completing national
service as a Captain in the USAF. An honors graduate
of the Air Force Academy with a BS in Engineering
Management, Mr. Kelley also holds an MS in Management
from UCLA.
